1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Pocket Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Pocket Labs LLC provides mobile application development services, including but not limited to:

• iOS and Android app development
• Cross-platform mobile development
• UI/UX design services
• Backend development and API integration
• App maintenance and support

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in your service agreement
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide to us

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom work we create for you, as specified in your service agreement. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project. Third-party components may be subject to their own licenses.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our services.

7. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide a warranty period as specified in your service agreement during which we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
